Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At DressPanda, every product is printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we follow a limited return policy — please read it carefully before purchasing.

Our Policy at a Glance

  • Defective or wrong item — full refund or free replacement
  • Wrong size — exchange within 7 days (conditions apply)
  • Change of mind — not accepted (all products are made to order)

1. Eligibility for Return / Refund

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received a product with a manufacturing defect (print quality issue, stitching defect, torn fabric)
  • You received the wrong product or wrong size compared to what you ordered

Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Raise a Return / Refund Request

  1. Email us at support@dresspanda.com with subject: "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"
  2. Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue
  3. Include your order number, name, and description of the problem
  4. We will respond within 2–3 business days

3. Exchanges (Wrong Size)

  • If you ordered the wrong size and the item is unused and unwashed, we will facilitate an exchange within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be returned in original condition with tags intact
  • Shipping charges for the return are borne by the customer; we cover shipping for the replacement
  • Exchange is subject to size availability

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
  • For UPI / bank transfers, refund may take 3–5 business days after approval
  • For credit / debit cards, it may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Orders cancelled after production has started

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once your order goes into production, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@dresspanda.com if you need to cancel.
